Deliveries will be made from 7 am to 6 pm, depending on the state and city you are in. It is important to be aware of the first delivery to get an idea of the time you will receive your order.

You can do so from your profile, which was created when you placed your order. Alternatively, you can write to us at chefensabor@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

We post the menu on Instagram or the platform twice a week, indicating the meals you will receive.

The subscription offers several benefits, including saving money and time. You save 5% per order on any plan, and you don’t have to remember to place your order every week since it renews every 7 days, generating the order automatically. Additionally, you won’t lose your spot even if we are sold out.

We do not offer personalized menus, but if you need to substitute any food due to allergies or intolerances, simply write it in the notes when placing your order.

Delivery costs $10 per week, including deliveries on Sunday and Wednesday.

The driver must reach the front entrance of your house to facilitate the delivery. It is not our responsibility to enter a building and go up to an apartment. To ensure the safety of our drivers, if you live in a building, it is appropriate to meet them at the door to receive your delivery.

The last day to place an order to receive it on Sunday of that week is Friday until 11:59 pm. Orders placed from Saturday onwards will be delivered the following week.
